If the camera fell on it's lens it is probably jammed. Try to find something small, strong and thin, possibly a hairpin and slide it into the barrel while gently trying to force it outwards immediately after switching it on. When it does extend, try to clean or blow out any grit that may be inside the mechanism. The batteries are hot as your camera does not switch off and may be remain on for hours
