Usually this means the internal print queue is in an error state.
To clear the error and refresh the system settings, power cycle the printer. Either turn it off and then on with the power switch, or you can do it remotely using the printer's built-in web console.
Also try printing a test sheet from the printer itself. Press the "Menu" button, then select "Information" and then "Print Configuration"
If there is an internal problem, the test sheet won't print. But if it is just a data problem, it should be clear.
