3.buy a new console
It might be a problem with your coolers. To test it, turn the key behind the console off, then hold the eject button and turn the key you switched off on (while holding the eject button!!). it will make your coolers work at maximum speed and might clean the system .
if it doesn't work, try taking the ps3 to it's warranty, because it might be, also, problems with your CPU .
