K800i it wont send pics via message or connect to the internet, have i changed some connectivity settings by accident?

check your internet settings and for sending pictures you need to do another seeparate settings for mms.ok.which operator do you use.tell me,i will send you the settings

you can get your internet settings by calling your network provider (the network you are using).. they will send you the automatic settings to you via text message!n vote me if helpful...

As you said me your using Samsung GTB5702 you can connect your mobile to your pc and you can use the internet.You need to instal pc suite to your system after installing this you need to call the customer care and tell them that i need to connect my mobile to system and i need to use internet in my system they will tell you to send a message from your number after sending this message you will recive settings save that settings switch off your mobile phone for a while after that connect your mobile to your system.At that time call customer care once again and tell to give settings for my system they will tell you to change some settings in your computer after saving you can use internet in your computer.

hi, all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them the message you are getting then they will send you the latest internet and mms settings to your phone, they wont charge for this and they send them via text message that will then update your phone to the correct settings.

people have this problem after they have changed their phone to a different network
so give them a call and tell them the message you get and they will then update your phone to the correct settings and get it up and running again in no time

You need to restore factory settings of your k800i . your phone default code is 0000, go to setting then select restore setting or factory setting and enter code 0000 .

hi...check the following link and click on phone set up service..enter the required details...they will send you the settings...if they dont work..check with your network provider...

You need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings. Or get them online.
They will give you a PIN number and send the settings via a txt msg.
When you receive the txt. select SAVE or INSTALL.
Input the PIN when prompted.

MMS does not always work between networks.

Run the setup wizard on your phone. This has all the settings in it and automatically sets up the internet. Register you SIM first. If this does not work the settings should be on the SE website. Download the SE suite for it from there or download.com and set up an account with SE. you should then have all problems solved by the suite when you run an update via your computer.

to connect to the internet & to send & receive pic messages you must activate the GPRS first from your network provider ...The best thing you can do is to contact the customer care of your network provider and ask for the GPRS settings ...
they will tell you the procedure to activate it ....
they will tell the number to which the message to be sent to recieve the settings ....
so note that down and then follow the procedures told by them ...
to send and receive the MMS you must activate the GPRS first make sure of the charges with them there will be many plans & then get activated ...
after this you will able to send and receive the pic messages ...
