Try removing the battery and leaving it for a while before re inserting the battery again and switching it on. If after you do this, u still don't get any positive response, i will advice you take it to a phone repair shop nearest to you.
Hay hay I did it. How I got it to work is thi, pull out the battery on your samsung pixon. switch it back on and continuesly press the ring button. you should get the menu up to ring some one. then start tapping everything. I did this an managed to get the touch screen and the buttons to work! From Sean
The only way to solve your problem is that you will have to format your phone by pressing the reset batton along with both function keys in front untill somthing appears on the screen.
