How to deactivate silent mode - O2 Samsung SGH-E250 Cellular Phone

You can deactivate silent mode you need to follow this simple steps first select menu then scroll to settings select this one then scroll on to the profile icon and select it there you will get number of list have silent,general,meeting,light only,discreet,beep sound,loud.Select general for canceling silent mode..All this mode contain different advantages one can have only vibrate selected and other can have low ring volume select the icon what time of sound you like.

Please press and hold # button for 3 seconds it will go to silent mode.To deactive do the same thing it will go general mode

You can simply change by changing the profile on your phone, if the phone is put on silent profile then it will be in a quite mode, go to the menu of the phone, then select settings, select phone settings, there you will see phone profile, then select Normal profile, this will deactivate the quite mode of the phone. Depending of the phone you are using, like my samsung d780, I simply hold down the # key to deactivate the silent mode, check your phone keypad as well to see if there is a key like that, but if there is no key like that simply follow the steps I put above. hold in your # key,it will de-activate silent mode. its a toggle switch.

Press and hold the # button until it tells you its on normal mode. If this still doesnt work go into settings, profile settings, then i think it will be general and change the ring/message tone as it must be on off..if that makes sense. hope i helped.

Just push and hold the # key until it says Silent mode deactivated.

the model number is by the Sims card and in settings there should be a manufacturer reset bar that should help
