My motorola w315 won't connect to the internet or any apps

to charge your Motorola W315 via the pc you need to get a mini-usb and attach is to the pc and it will start charging after it has detected the mobile

The program i use in my shop is Bitpim its free and easy to use. You can usually find a cable with software on eBay for a few dollars.

i have the exact same problem... you could find someone with the same phone and find out how to get to the master reset without looking at the screen..that might work, but you would have no numbers.

My husband's w315 is doing the same. This phone is a replacement sent to us because the original w315 I purchased for him had a problem with the screen. (It went blue and never displayed another thing!) When we rec'd this replacement, it worked fine until we had to charge it. They don't send a new battery with the replacements, you have to use the one out of your original phone. Soooooooo, back to the battery/charging problem. We have been to our local Cellular South store, and been given 3 new batteries & 1 new charger. Guess what.......the problem is still there!!!! We have now been instructed to file a warranty claim on this replacement w315 that we rec'd to replace our original w315!!!!!! I've gone to Motorola's web-site for help, but help I did not find. Thus.....here I am! Personally speaking, I'm not a fan of the w315.

The w315 is not capable of downloading ringtones if i'm not mistaken.
