Buttons don't work

In windowss you can use the "Print Screen" function by pressing the "PrtScn" key on an extended keyboard. If you hold the "Alt"-key while pressing the PrtScn-key, it takes a snapshot of the currently active window.

Then you have to open a paint or Word document. Now you can paste the screenshot.

If you use Windows 7, click the Start button and type "Snipping Tool". This will start the built-in screenshot software.

You can press on Print Screen (or PrtSc ) key on your keyboard .Then you open MS Paint and press ctrl + V and you will be able to take snapshots of your screen
The Print Screen key is located on above the +/= and Backspace keys .

Actually there is no separate PrtScn key on the Arc keyboard. The print screen is a Function key combo.

Fn + Home

To capture the active window only it is Alt + Fn + Home

First of all, make the changes on your phone for the USB connection type. Please follow the exact instructions mentioned below:
1. Touch this () and touch (),
2. Touch ()
3. Select Connection.
4. Touch USB Connection Mode.
5. Touch Mass Storage.
6. Reconnect the device to a PC
The autoplay will open up on your computer, it should look similar to this:



Click the "import pictures" or "View Pictures" (if you wish to view the photos), it'll proceed as per your selection. Follow the onscreen instructions.

If "Autoplay" doesn't show up, open "My Computer", locate the new removable disk and navigate through the folders, there must be a folder with the name "Pictures" or "images" or "Photos", open it and you'll be able to copy it/them.

Pressing the "PrintScrn" will not happen anything, but the mouse cursor may blink once. You'll not see the clipboard but it would be captured to the Ram memory, i.e. the screen is captured virtually which isn't visible to you, you'll only be able to save the captured screenshots with a photo editing program (eg. Paint, Photoshop) or text editor like Microsoft word, etc...

After pressing the "PrintScrn", open the "Paint" and paste, i.e. right click anywhere on a blank document and "Paste". You can also do "Paste" on microsoft word blank document or etc... If you wish to save the screen shot, you have to save the file as Jpeg or Gif or Bitmap etc...

Some of those buttins work in combination with the two dials (i.e., setting ISO and white balance, etc.). Hold a buttin down and user the knobs simoultaneously.

If this is not the issue, please describe specifically which buttons are not working.

Once you are on the screen you want to save, press the PrtScn button once. Now go into Word, Wordperfect, Works, etc. (any word processing program), open a new document, and hold down the Ctrl key and press the V key and it will paste the screen into the document.

I had the same problem and found out that I had to press the "F Lock" key first. I have no idea what F Lock is or who ever pushed it...but now print screen works the way I was accustomed to. Go Figure

KIng LeO>> Try re-calibrating the screen, settings>screen> then select "Align Screen". If after you do that, it still doesn't work, try a factory reset.

Use a program like PIM Backup (http://www.pocketpcfreewares.com/en/index.php?soft=1806)
Save the backup to your memory card, or back it up and copy it to your computer, the do the Factory Reset. You can then reinstall PIM Backup after the reset and use it to restore most of the stuff on your phone (contacts, call logs, text messages, etc.)

Factory Reset instructions:

•Hold down both soft keys (both above the send and end key's) and use the stylus to push the reset button in between the volume key and micro sd slot. Then the screen will turn on and tell you something to the extent of press "Send" to perform a factory reset. Hit send, and your good to go.
