Not sure why you would put that information on here as it doesn't pertain to anyone but the owner of the account. If you set up your phone number to your account then you can do the "Forgot" or "Reset" password and it should txt your phone that you registered the account too, or answer the security questions you set up, or have the password reset sent to your alternate email address.

You probably ratted the flex cable in it, the only thing you can do is tell the waranty peeps it doesnt make calls and get a replacement. if its under a year. otherwise you can send it to get repaired, my estimated bid cost would be 55 bucks plus shipping or so.
