My nokia n95 screen goes on but freezes all the time and i always get a black screen. the fone is still on but the screen is just black it only comes on when i put the fone into music mode ( when i slide the fone down) if i slide it back up then the screen goes black again)

if its blank you have to replace the lcd screen with a new one.
sometimes it maybe a flex cable problem which occurs in some slide phones.

at mobile phone repair stores, the cost of an original lcd screen replacement is usually $150-$200, though sometimes an original lcd screen may not be fitted into your device but rather a hong-kong made one which is similar to the original but is less brighter and a little less sharper.

if you take it to a nokia care centre to replace the lcd screen you may have to pay over $250.

you can just buy an lcd screen off ebay, replacing the lcd screen yourself isnt hard with the tools provided. you just have to take the ribbon cable from the old lcd screen and insert the new lcd screen and plug in the ribbon cable for it.

the reason for original Nokia n95 8Gb lcd screens being so expensive to repair/replace is that it is also the same lcd screen used for the Nokia N96.

just go in setting there will b optin of screen saver click it then you should click on the screen saver it will b on..

Hi there.. I believe that you are one of those very active and busy type people who are always on the move. The general reason I believe that you fone is behaving this way is because you do not allow your fone to charge properly, therefore limiting the lifespan of the battery.

My advice: -try and drain you battery dead until you are unable to turn it on at all.
- secondly,charge your fone till it says fully charged.
-thirdly, when using your fone you can either 1). repeat the previous steps and this time drain it by playin music or 2). try using it with caution..
-lastly, next time you decide to charge your fone make sure it is dead/off till you charge it.It should last you a good 2days if all goes well.

These steps can help you prolong the life of your battery and save you $50 to buy a new one..

just press *#7370# and put ur code 12345 and ur phone will b ok but remove ur memory card

IT IS ONLY DUE TO VIRUS FLASH YOU MOBILE

looks like your battery connecters are damaged.
Take it to a phone shop and do not mess with it as it can cause more damage.

Try a hard reset on the device. Pull the battery out whle the device is on. Then put back in.

If that doesn;t work, try reloading the OS.

u need to do hard  reset of ur fone and pls take back up before that...or else there is problem with charging slots pins and turn on/off button,,,,,,,,
