You should be able to connect it using a usb cable that will need to be bought separately and a micro SD card installed in the phone. You should be able to buy any micro SD card up to 4GB. Also, if you buy a card with an SD adapter that will allow you to connect the SD card (with a memory card reader) to your computer without the additional usb cable. The manual link is attached: http://www.tmoatt.com/uploads/53/LG_Neon_GT365_UG_English.pdf Per the manual:

U can download music on ur pc and then use a sd card to usb adapter to move music to the sd card and put it in the phone and u be able to play ur music
You must move the music files to the appropriate folder on your micro card. put the card back in your laptop and move all the music to the "sounds" file. Your phone is not set up to read the entire card, just the folder associated with the application being used. If this doesn't work out, then copy the entire card to your desktop and format the card while inside your phone from your phones menu. Now insert the card and select, open to view files. you can now locate the appropriate file and paste the songs you would like to have on your mobile device.
Well, for music... Install the supplied software for your Dare on your computer. In "My Music" select "Sync". You can now see your Dare as a USB device but only music is accessible. :{
For photos the easiest way is to use a micro SD card and a card reader. Store or move photos from your internal memory on your Dare to the micro SD card. Transfer the micro SD card to your computer with either a built in card reader or a USB card reader.
The next alternative is to use a program like BitPim which can be a little tricky and can delete or copy all of your personal data (images, tones, contacts, etc...) depending on which button you press. The two buttons look very similar. Great way to download free ring tones and upload to your phone for free.
you need to purchase a micro sd reader and put it on your computer's usb it acts like a memory stick upload the songs to it, and put the micro sd on your cellphone see here
Instead of loading the music manager, click on file in the LG Suite box, and then click 'content'. This will connect without a problem (at least it did for me, despite music manager not working), and then drag and drop music from your pc files, onto your phone. Hope this helps.
It's possibly not properly formatted type of AAC file that uploaded into your cellphone, that when you try to play the cellphone cannot support to play it and that it gives a messages like corrupted type of file..
