tried to install the software for the camera, but it says there some missing components. I don't remember what they are exactly. Ive tried all the software for this camera, but nothing seems to work. And the website for Concord does not have the software and support page will not load up.

I have the software. It is called Concord EyeQ Duo 2000 PC Installation Disk for Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. It includes ArcSoft Suite which is Photo Impression 2000 and Video Impression 1.6 and the User's Guide and the Camera Drivers.
