Ensure that your phone is switched on and the headset is switched off. 2. Press and hold the power key until the green indicator light starts to flash quickly. 3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Select the headset from the list
Any Bluetooth device should be detectable by another Bluetooth device, regardless of their Bluetooth class. The issue will only come in once you pair the device.
There could be a possibility that the headset is not set to "discoverable mode" or "pairing mode". Or the two devices could be away from the required distance.
3 meters is the required distance for two class 1 Bluetooth devices.
If the headset is in pairing mode and in the required distance, make sure that there's no other Bluetooth device that's connected to the phone.
Then, turn both devices (phone and headset) off, and try searching again.
If same problem occur, try detecting a known working headset. And if the phone does detect it, then you need to contact the manufacturer of the headset for second opinion.
Thank you!
