Remove screew and tilt back , watch for suply line .

Try uninstalling the unit, and then install it again. After you have reinstalled the software, try to reset the headset:

Press and hold the Power/Send/End button and connect the charger at the same time. The headset is turned off and reset. Afterwards, try re-charging the unit (if necessary) to see if that resolves the issue.

If this doesn't fix it, I would recommend pursuing replacement options. Bear in mind, if warranty coverage has expired, you would be responsible for the cost of another item.

Go the the BestBuy store and steal one from a display. Apparently the feet are transported to earth from a distant galaxy; impossible to find. I'm certain they're made in China by the gazillions but can't locate a supplier.

The first question has a detailed answer about dismantling the hub to get at the LED connections and turn them off permanently. I want to install a switch - if/when I figure it out, I'll return here and post that.

Go to the internet and Visit google and type the "download drivers for"name and model of your camera). You will be presented with a number of links where you can download your drivers from.

Please find the official support site for downloading the drivers, download and install, run and then connect the webcam. Uninstall all previous webcam installations.
