With
that error, the device needs to be hard reset. The hard reset will erase all
the data on the device and 3rd party apps. After the reset sync the E2 and then
try installing each program one at a time. Hard reset instructions here
OR, right click on my Hotsync Icon in your start go to properties- then open file location- in this loacation you may notice
two HotSync Icons, open the one named HotsyncWizard and ran it and
then hit your hotsync button. It should work.
