On the page which opens, select the operating system (Windows XP/Vista,etc..) of your computer to download the appropriate driver.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the
Lexmark X5470 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system
> click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended
Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on
your computer screen to complete the installation.
Then try to print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model:
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
cartridge nozzles.
If that doesn't help, please visit the Lexmark website to update your Lexmark X5470 printer driver. Select your operating sytem > click on FILTER > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation. Then try to print again to verify that the problem is fixed.
