Just installed one Ricoh MP2000 with scanner / Printer kit and it is operating on windows now customers wants to use on Linux but we donot have the Linux driver to use this machine as scanner / printer on Linux (Suse version 10). Any body can help me from where we can download the Linux driver for Ricoh MP2000

Try getting into service mode and see if you can reset the user passwords by turning them off in the settings.

the main part of the kit is a dimm card. the dimm has the fax/scan/print stored on it. the problem adding this to your machine is drivers, only twain scanning, no scan to folerd, no internet faxing, no winodws 7 drivers. if you get a whole kit you need to add the fax pcb and also get the nic for it to scan properly. good luck
