I have an Alpine IVA-D300 7" In-Dash Multimedia • Fully-motorized 7" LCD monitor. The car died, but when I got it back on the FM is on 0 and I don't have any channels. Can anyone help?

Question edited for a lot more clarity.

Troubleshooting help, but better to take the vehicle back and ask why the unit no longer works?

Unable to receive stations.
• No antenna, or open connection in the antenna cable.
- Make sure the antenna is properly connected;
replace the antenna or cable if necessary.
Unable to tune stations in the seek mode.
• You are in a weak signal area.
- Make sure the tuner is in DX mode.
• If the area you are in is a primary signal area, the antenna may
not be grounded and connected properly.
- Check your antenna connections; make sure the antenna is
properly grounded at its mounting location.
• The antenna may not be the proper length.
- Make sure the antenna is fully extended; if broken, replace
the antenna with a new one

Sorry man here's what i pulled from the internet- Crutchfield sells these:
Note: The MRA-D550 requires a compatible head unit for setup and control, it cannot be used without one. The current list of compatible head units includes (but is not limited to): IVA-D300, IVA-D310, IVA-D900, IVA-D901, DVA-9860, and DVA-9965.

Alpine iva-d300 problem

Try purchasing a "ground loop isolater", when your head unit and amp are grounded in 2 diffrent locations the diffrence in volatage to ground between the two will cause interference. Check the below link for more details, can be purchased of a shelf at you local radioshack http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.... loop&parentPage=search Hope this helps L8R
