Try dialing *22899 and press send.
If that doesn't auto update the phone (you will see on the screen if it does) try *22899# and press send.
Try call again.
Enter the menu, select settings (4,) phone settings (3) security (3) and enter in your password (which will default to either 0000 or 1111 I believe) then select lock (3) and chose the lock now option.
