Try a new browser like Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Check to see for any updates on the software the game uses like Flash (not sure what software it uses). Usually Facebook games like that have simple errors that could either be waited out so try that as well for server errors can occur.

You need to have a wireless connection. Anotherwards you will need to buy a wireless router and connect it to your Modem and configure it properly if you want it to function normally. If you need a walkthrough for setting up your router i can post a link.
