The size font used by the printer is changed in the application that you are using to print.
Most applications have a fint setting that you can make the print larger or smaller.

Make sure the paper size on the pinter matches the paper size in printing preferences of your computer. I had the printer set to Letter, but the paper size in the driver after I installed it was A4. After I set it to Letter in the printing preferences the problem seemed to be solved.
I did it in 2 places:
When I printed from internet explorer, I clicked printing options
I also right clicked on the printer icon and modified it in printing options
