Only copying 1/2 the page how do i fix - Samsung SF-3200 Fax

Not sure what program you are using, an easy fix, is to rename your document to "Temp" delete all the pages that you do not want, copy the first / the only page you need, than delete your temp when done, the original file is intact.

Download the following manual and check pages 1-293 through 1-308. The main problems with line on the page are do to (1) bad toner cartridge, (2) bad transfer belt and (3) bad fuser. If you want a more detailed explanation on how to get ride of lines let me know.

Making a Single Copy
1 Place the original face down in the ADF.
2 Press Copy/Help twice.
To cancel, press Stop.
Do NOT pull on the paper while copying is in progress.
Copy Options: Single or Multiple Copies,
Reduce/Enlarge, Sort/Stack
You can choose additional copy options. First, you can select the number of copies. Next, you can
choose whether multiple copies will be STACKED (all copies of page 1, then all copies of page 2, etc.)
or SORTED (collated). Finally, you can choose an enlargement or reduction ratio. To automatically
reduce the copy to the paper size you have set for the paper tray, select AUTO. To reduce the copy by
a fixed percentage, choose 93%, 87%, 75% or 50%. Or, to enlarge the copy, select 150%, 125% or
120%. To copy a document at its original size, select 100%.
1 Place the original face down in the ADF.
2 Press Copy/Help.
3 Enter the number of copies you want (1-99).
For example: Press 9 for nine copies.
To start copying now, press Copy/Help.
If you would like to select additional copy options, like
SORT, ENLARGE or REDUCE, press Menu/Set.

there is n option on the disply panel.refers to original-with 4 option 1-1 .2-1 .1-2. 2-2 try and experament with 2-1 or 1-2 option 2-2 is for 2sided

paper size problem .

First make sure you are not using "fit to page" as this feature does not work for legal size documents. To fix this problem we need to check several things. First, Press Copy, Load your document, press 1 for number of copies, press the up/down arrow until you get to "paper size" then choose legal (for 11x17). Press OK
It is also possible that your machine is set to reduce/enlarge size to less/more than 100%. If the first solution did not work start over, press copy, load document, enter 1 for number of copies, press up/down arrow to choose "enlarge/reduce" then use right/left arrows to choose 100% (again, do not choose 'fit to page') press OK. Once you have done this, you can set these as default if you like. Press Copy, press up/down arrow to choose new setting, press OK, press 1 to choose YES, press stop/exit.

101:Total black copies and printed pages
103:Total A3 black copies and printed pages
201:Total A4 black copies
203:Total A3 black copies

If you are using your All-In-One without it being attached to a computer and scanning a document that is getting cut off on the edges:
1 Move the document to a different place on the glass.
2 On the operator panel, press the Reduce/Enlarge button
repeatedly until Fit to Page appears.
3 Press Select.

If you are using your All-In-One attached to a computer:
1 Move the document to a different place on the glass.
2 From the software, select a copy setting with autocrop on (Color Photo or Black and White Photo) to make sure that autocrop finds the object and prints it completely.

1 From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark X5100 Series
All-In-One Center icon. The All-In-One Main Page appears.
2 Click Preview Now to see your scanned image.
3 Select a quantity and color for your copies.
Note: To choose a paper size or further customize your copy
job, click See More Copy Settings.
4 Click Copy Now.

Note: When autocrop is on, the object (wherever it is placed
on the glass) will be printed in the upper left corner of the
page. This might make your copy look different from the
original.
