My Toshiba Satellite M115 S3094 is asking for a BIOS password after I reinstall the Windows XP. I Cant' access any folder of BIOS system or the Windows. Please, help me! I'm from Brazil, and Toshiba...

This happened to my Sister's Toshiba laptop, it's just coincidence that it happened to you when reinstalling Windows. The only solution is to short out the CMOS battery on the motherboard. Doing this will probably void your warranty, so I cannot detail how it's done, however google is a great resource. I warn you though, shorting the wrong things on a motherboard can permanently ruin your laptop.
