To set your Craig electronic FM radio, clock, and iPod dock to the iPod dock, you will need to follow these steps:
Connect your iPod to the dock using the appropriate cable.
Press the "Mode" button on the radio until the "iPod" option is selected. The display should show "iPod" on the screen.
Press the "Play/Pause" button on the radio or on the iPod to start playing music from the iPod.
If the radio keeps switching between AM radio and clock and not to iPod, check the settings to ensure that the iPod is selected as the source.
Check the connection between the iPod and the dock to ensure that it is secure and properly connected.
Check the battery level on the iPod and make sure that it has enough power to function.
If the problem persists, check the user manual for your Craig electronic FM radio, clock, and iPod dock. The manual should have specific instructions for setting the device to play music from the iPod.
If you do not have a manual, you may be able to find one online by searching for the model number of your device.
If you are still unable to set the device to play music from the iPod, you may need to contact Craig customer service or a technician for assistance.

AHAH! I had this problem also, so i tried google and it led me here. Luckily, I kept trying and figured it out so I will share my knowledge with you although you may have found it out already...
First, make sure the radio and ipod are off and it's in clock display mode.
Then, click and hold "alm set" while clicking the left "timer set" arrow to set the hour of your alarm and the right "timer set" arrow to set minutes for your alarm.
Then click "alm on/off" to turn it on and off.
I found this solution by reading some reviews. A reviewer said it was caused by a weak backup battery that powers the display. He said to change the lithium backup battery of the main unit with the backup battery in the remote. I tried it and now it works. I can turn the unit on and off and it doesn't reset my memory. But this hasn't solved my problem with setting the alarm.
