I use an Epson Stylus Photo RX500.
When I try to scan a document to a word processing application, the scanner always takes a color photo. Then I have to read it in Abbey Finereader,copy it, and paste it into my Appleworks. Isn't there a more direct way to scan directly to the Appleworks application?
I've tried both Edit Text and Copy Center in the Epson Smart Panel with the same results.
Hi there.. seems, a hard job huh? transfering it from 1 folder to other.
try this , open epson scan program, goto home mode. click preview, click scan, it will open file save settings window where you can select where to save your picture, under location , look for the folder where you want to save it, if its not on the list, select other then look for the folder or for your appleworks, once you found it, click ok, it will scan and save directly to the appleworks.
