If the dvd shows no disc what can be the probelm?

It is possible that the laser is dirty, have you tried to clean it with a dvd cleaner or even a clean soft cloth?

There are two main problems to be listed for this issue.

There might be a problem with the lens or the disc might be dirty try with some other disc. Still you face the same problem you should change your lens.
Any local Play Station repair guy can fix the lens.

there is no lens clearner that can clean it. it was the DVD drive that is selecting disc and it is done like that when they manufacturer it so it was the manufacturer fault

i put a knife on the tray and power off then power on and helpped the tray and he came out. no problems anymore.

I think u can identify this problem by checking step by step. At first change ur cd brande. If probelm still
then setup windows.. then try to write.

1 Press down the DISC EJECT button once and
release it.
A few moments after the ACCESS/PC
indicator blinks, the cover of disc insertion
block will open.
