I need a diagram to change clutch on a 1999 zx6r

The GearBox-press and clutch disk needs revision.
This happens when you avoid using the brakes, more like reducing speed using the gears.
It is very dangerous if it brakes by itself when riding, So I suggest you start by checking the Clutch disk and the Press may be worn out..

yes. it has shims, and they need to be checked and adjusted about every 15,000KM

factory plug is a NGK CR9E, for a performance plug use the NGK CR9EIX
