Must have unplugged the thermister on the coupling connection bank. Reset fuser: Clear modes/ 107/ press and hold clear/stop. Pick copy sp. select mode. exit out of all screens and cycle power.
Which door? There are two side doors. Be sure the lower door is closed. If it is the "A" door, there is a switch which is actuated by the door. Sometimes they get bent. Just reform the actuator so it make a good connection. Also be sure your front cover is closed all of the way to.
Check F1 on the power supply board. It is located behind the left side cover by the switch.
