This is very common, it happens on many PS3s, you will need the drive fixed or changed. You can google for:

And I am sure you will find many online places where you can send it or find one local where it can be done. Depending on when you bought it, you can call Sony, but only if it's within the 1st year of purchase. Past that search there on google, very common.
