Frigidaire Model #FSC23F7DSB0
When water is dispensed from the door, the mechanism that fills ice tray runs at the same time causing an overflow of water inside the freezer. This began after pulling the unit forward to clean the floor underneath and removing the vent panel beneath the doors to clean it.
Computer board?...doubt it. This sounds like two solenoids (an electro-magnet that when energized sucks into it a mechanism, water valve etc)...the 2 solenoids might be sharing the same connection.
The two solenoids are "separate devices" and usually behind the fridge at the bottom. One is for water on the door and the other the ice maker triggers...although they might look like one whole solenoid as sometimes the water feed runs through it to feed the other. They are still "electrically separate."Look for something that got bumped / wire terminals touched together.

There is a float in the icemaker which controls water height. I'm going to bet the float is jammed or the switch it controls is bad.

sounds like the paddle is hanging up or the micro switch that the paddle actuates is sticking if you can see the micro switch spray some wd 40 on it open the door and work the paddle a few times

Hello Jim czyryca - From what you are describing if the ice maker is not making ice but is dispensing water, sounds like the refrigerator has a frozen water line, faulty ice maker valve or bad component that sends power to the ice maker valve when needed. The ice maker cycles internally to call for water so I strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately to assist with the repairs.
