The mp4 player can't be turned on. The only method is take it to a repair shop.

actually you got a bigger problem,
RIZONE / Itchee mp4 player from ebay, plays AVI's, voice recorder, mp3 etc, is actually a hacked 4gb mp4 player, just try putting 5gbs of mp3's on it and then look into the music folder to see weird looking names. I know I bought one too, there are currently 147 ebay sellers.

Simple quick manual.
across one side of the player, opposite the on/off slide button, you will have 6 buttons. with the screen facing and rizone on the right, you going from left to right a arrow returning to itself <return, |<< previous, >>| next , M <menu, and >|| pause and play.
with the device turned on you should see a music folder by default, use the >>| or |<< keys to move to the next or previous menu item
press the M when you have selected the one you want
to go back to the main menu use the return key.
IN the settings menu, or the username, user the >|| key to move the select letter to the approiate line and the >>| |<< keys to move left or right, press the OK at the bottom, followed by the M to store the new username.

IF your lucky to get a mp4 player that lasts more than a week, and dont get the same HELLO screen problem that 5 of us have in the forum about this mp4 player http://mympx.org/forum/ <this one. You can fix the memory to the right size and remove the hacked flash, information is on the forum, you could try and get your money back from the seller. But you wont get your 100% amount back.

Why don't you try some auto wax on the screen sometimes that will cover the scratch.

take a paperclip and shove it in the reset hole on the back.

try taking off the faceplate and replacing the buttons. to do this, remove all the black screws out of the back, and the silver on the bottom. take the battery out, under there is two more black screws, one is hidden under the warranty sticker tho so if its still under warranty, i recomend you take it in. if not, rip the sticker off and take out the screws. the face plate will just pop off, leaving you free to re-adjust the buttons or replace them.
