I have a linksys SPA2102 that is allowing me to connect to the internet, but I cannot get dial tone for my phone. The phone line is plugged in correctly (and it has worked for the last while), but today there is no light on at Phone 1 and I get no dial tone. What could the problem be?

I have the same problem and I configure my router in PPPoe with my username and password provided by my ISP and now my router is working...

The off hook timer is part of the dial plan, for instance, prepend "P10 | " to your dial plan to get a 10 sec delay. (pg 67 in the Cisco admin manual - section titled [u]Dial Plan Timer (Off-Hook Timer)[/u]
If you don't have an admin guide, google for ATA_AG_V3_200809_AdminGuide.pdf. Very useful if you need to sort something like this out.
