I have checked everything you have asked and yes there is frost build up. I checked the compressor and it appears to be running and the freezer fan is working when I checked this. The unit is less than 6 months old.

look in your freezer down toward the bottom do you see heavy frost there as the freezer does all the cooling for the unit is the compressor running or humming and clicking is the freezer fan running open the door and listen on some models you have to hold the light switch down for the fan to run and how old is the unit check to see if the compressor fan is running

first open the refrigerate door push the light switch 5 times in less than 6 seconds that should start defrost if it doesn't then replace the adc take the cover off the evaporator in the freezer section its the lower panel look to see if the heater is on while the unit is in defrost if it isn't then on the evaporator you will see a defrost thermostat now if pushing the light switch and putting the unit in defrost works but the heater isn't on then change that thermostat its attached to the evaporator tube it clips on and looks like a disc with two wires on it

Oven temperature is off by 25 degrees

Unplug the power and wait 15 minutes. Plug it in and retest to see if temp comes back to normal. + or - 5 degrees is normal. If still same problem than you will need to re[lace the controller board.

How do I disarm the power fail alert ?

Hi joeeshir - Did the unit previously experience a power loss? If the temperature of food rises to an unsafe level, the buzzer will sound and the red light, if equipped, will also glow. First, deactivate the alarm to the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. After deactivating the alarm and the unit has run approximately four hours, the red light/alarm should go off on its own. If the red light/alarm continues to stay on, the freezer may possibly have a communication problem with the control board, temperature control or a wiring harness. If this is the case, I would recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying cause.

BXA2G oven is not heating properly and also air-flow on display board is not stablising and also both set temperature and oven temperature is flashing.so can you email me aa manual please

Your temperatures will begin flashing after the oven attempted to heat for 10 minutes without successfully increasing in temperature. Sound like you are having burner issues and should call a licensed burner technician to have it serviced.

Can you adjust the temperature on the water dispenser?

The water for the dispenser comes from a reservoir in the fresh food section behind the crisper drawers. So the only way to make the water colder is to turn down the temperature in the fresh food side of your refrigerator. The water dispenser is designed to dispense chilled water, not ice water. hope this helps.

My oven does not heat to the correct temperature. If I set it for 325 degrees it will heat to 390 or so degrees. It always seems to be about 70 degrees too high. Accross all ranges of temperatures from...

The thermostat is the cause of the problem, normally the the only cure is to replace the oven thermostat, completely, or alternatively, compensate by setting a lower temperature when cooking.
this will work o/k if it is always the same variation in temperature across the range .
