I HAVE VOLUME BUT NO PICTURE , THERES A SMALL PATCH OF WHITE THAT SHOWS ON THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN

You should have manual buttons on the tv itself to control input and volume. It appears it is defaulting to antenna channel 3 and low volume when first powered on. You can buy universal remotes to control your set.

Has it been damaged? Bumped? Dropped? on that corner?

Sounds like your LCD Control board went bad. Very small chance it is your main board since you said you cant bring up a menu.

sounds like a damaged screen on a LCD or a Plasma TV---if so it is fatal.

Tap on the bottom left hand corner. If you touch the bottom left hand corner area where "no route planned " is shown, the volume bar pops out.Increase the volume by sliding your finger over it. If this is not workng, follow this procedure. Tap on : the main screen. Tap on : Change preferences. If the sound is turned off, you will see a green button that says, turn on sound. Tap on it. Else Tap on : Arrow. Tap on : Volume preferences. It shows an info screen. Just tap on it. On the next page that opens, increase the volume. Also select link volume to car speed as it is a good option. Tap on : test. Tap on : Done.

While riding, tap a corner of the status bar

1. Horizontal status bar on the left corner where is shows the directional arrows
2. Vertical status bar: On the top corner, where directional arrow are shown

After you tap the correct corner of the status bar, a volume slider appears at the bottom of screen. Move slider to the right to increase volume, or to the left to decrease volume.

sounds like new touchsceen wanted.

Its a problem with the display. Check the screen resolution. Also uninstall and reinstall the display drivers.

some of these panels were mis-calibrated from the factory after not aging long enough. Let the TV run for atleast 2 hours and adjust the Vs and Vscan voltages. When it is blue in the left I have found generally the Vs is about 10 volts too high.
