This washer dryer won't complete cycles. This has been since moving house. It holds as if on crease guard (but its not). Ihave made sure it is level and that the filter is clean (no fluff blocking). Help
If your waste pipe is attached to the sinks waste you might find the wastepipe connection blanked off, simply unscrew and remove blank. Or your water supply maybe off.

I suspect the tangled shirts coming out of the washer is a result of the differences between the way a front loader vs a top loader clean clothes and can not be avoided. I don't think this is the source of the wrinkles though. I suspect the wrinkles are more a result of how long clothes remain in the dryer *after* the cycle has completed. If you remove the clothes *promptly* from the dryer and use a "dryer sheet" you will reduce / minimize the wrinkling you're seeing.
some machine will stop before spin its called crease guard if you are useing a low temp cycle its there to give you the option to stop your cloths wrinkling try another cycle
have you tried disconnecting the power for about 15 minutes to see if it clears anti crease refers to the dryer continuing to tublme for about 10-15 seconds every 5-10 minutes so when cycle is complete the clothing doesnt just set there where wrinkles can set in ,it tumbles after end of cycle to prevent wrinkling
ck to see if a wrinkle guard button is present or some such control if option is turned on most dryers will come on shut off like that for up to 12 hrs before completely shutting off this helps reduce wrinkles in clothes not removed from dryer when dry cycle completes ..if you can find owners manual consult if for a better explantion
