Hanging my mp3 player hasbeen hanged i donot know how to reset it? would u please help me? regards, kaveh

My mp3 is hanging when i play a song, when it hangs up it wont turn off.

The reset switch has to be operated using a pin or paper clip. There is a small hole beside the USB socket. If it keeps happening update the software as follows.

Downloader the firmware updater from the mobiblu site
Install the software, connect the player via the USB cable, set the switch to hold and run the updater. When it is finished, stop the device and disconnect it. When you power up, it will be back to factory settings (any data/music will be erased).

Just try reset your ipod by turning it off then turn on again. Also please try to increase space of its memory to avoiding it from hanged.

I suggest that you reset the Player and try. If the issue persists, you may have to backup all the songs and perform format. Format will delete all the contents in the player and later you can transfer the required songs.
To reset, keep the player on and press the reset button near the strap hole. To format, please select Settings, Common settings and select format. NOTE: take a backup before formatting and also don't format using the computer

Just hangs on when trying to turn on

Leave it in the computer for at least 3 days and then disconnect it that should do the trick
