Question about Symantec Norton Internet Security 2009
You have probably inadvertently activated Norton's automated subscription renewal feature.
If this wasn't the desired result than contacting them at this URL: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs&selected_nav=8&id=ctcs1
will put you in touch with a customer service rep who can help you correct the problem and possibly arrange for a refund.

Hi,
This is not the Norton site. You probably signed up for Automatic Renewal unknowingly. You need to contact Customer Support. Here is the web site:
http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs
You can choose chat, phone, or email. I am sure they will correct the problem.
Thanks for using Fixya.

Usually answered in minutes!
Symantec, like some other providers of such services, is quick to charge renewal fees. A quick Google check will find a myriad of complaints like yours. The likely issue is that you either inadvertently, or have forgotten, activating their automated subscription renewal feature. Logging onto their support site here: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/c... will put you in contact with a product support rep who can help you straighten out the problem and possibly get you a refund.
