Go to the site below choose the right operating system and download, after it has finished install the drivers and follow instructions. Here is the Lexmark Support page:

Lexmark Support

Enter your printer name (Z715) and it will take you to the support page for it. Click on Download Driver. Next select your operating system. You can choose the driver or utility software from the next page.

Cant install printer without disk
Choose your Operating System from the list of drivers.

http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi?lxkprod=Lexmark+Z715

Download unzip if zipped or run if .exe plug printer in point installer for printer to folder where the drivers are if it asks for them.
