Try using fine sand paper and clean the tip of electrode and the thing that looks like thimble, another solution was don't tighten tip cover too much back off a little til you ge good contact. some units don't like to be clicked ON without making contact with working metal, you may get two or three clicks and then nothing til the air stops flowing.

I have a pro cut 25 i would like to change it from 110v to 220v

The pro cut 25 will run on ether 110v or 220v without changing anything. I made a 220v to 110v adapter. It works well and if I want to run it on 110v it will still plug right in.

Shuts on on safety ,,almost immediatley

Check that the tip is assembled correctly. If is not in properly, it will not arc. Second, check air pressure switch. Sometimes they become stuck from corrosion due to moisture in the air. Test the operation with a tester

Start cutting and the safety light comes on

Usually it could be one of two things. The first thing to check for is to look at the contact and make sure it is not melted down and ensure its in good shape. The second thing that could do this, would be not enough air pressure. This air pressure is used to blow away the molten metal you are cutting.

When air is hooked up it blows the air regulator and all the air blows out valve very little gets to gun.red safety light comes on on front of machine and it will not work

Air pressure should be no more than 90#s. If regulator cannot handle at least 125#s . Get a new regulater. Sounds like this regulator has a blown diaphram.
