E-studio 45 or E4500 is a black and white copier. Hence, it can only scan original document to black and white only. There are some copiers which have the color scan capability but not this one.

Xerox wide format 6705. How can I enable colour scanning option?

First, make sure your Xerox 6705 is able to do color scans. It needs to have the color board and page memory for IIT for full-color or 256 level gray scale scanning. Then from the Services Home screen, begin the process to scan any document (choosing destination: store to folder, scan to PC, etc.). Then specify the save destination or address. Then, if your Xerox 6705 supports color scans, there should be a color button that you press to get to the page to set the other scan features before loading the document to scan.

For more on scanning, see Chapter 3 of the user's guide available from the documentation tab on the Xerox wide format 6705 support page: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/xerox-6705/downloads . The current link to the user guide is https://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/WF_6705/userdocs/any-os/en_GB/WF6705_UG_final_August_2015e.pdf . Section 3.3 and 3.7.3 are specifically on color scanning.

I hope this helps.

Why I get lines on my photos jpeg

If lines appear when scanning/copying from document feeder only, you need to clean the narrow scan glass located to the left of the main glass. If lines are present when printing, could be a drum/developer problem.

How to use my hp photosmart C5280 All in One scanner unsing mac leopard

When you install the Full Feature software for your printer, you receive the HP Photosmart Studio imaging software and the HP Utility printer management software. You can use either of these programs to scan, and can create custom settings in both.

In general, use HP Photosmart Studio to scan pictures if you want to edit them to adjust color, crop, remove red eye, etc. Use HP Utility to set up scan tasks you use often, such as scanning to a certain folder or software application, or attaching the scanned item to an email. If your printer has a display, you also use HP Utility to designate which scan tasks should appear on the printer display menu when you start a scan from the controls on the printer.

Make sure that the printer is connected to the computer. Turn it on. Place the item with the print side down on the scanner glass.

Use HP Photosmart Studio to start a scan: Click the HP Photosmart Studio icon in the Dock. Click the Scan button. Select your HP product in the Device Name list, if necessary, and then click Continue. From the Scan Profiles screen, click either Pictures or Documents. Click Profile Settings , and then adjust any settings in the Capture , Adjust , and Page Options (for documents) or Enhance (for pictures) tabs as appropriate. Click Scan. When prompted, select Yes or No to add another page to the scan. The scan preview opens then click Return to close the preview and save the scan. Type a name for the scan in the Save As box. Click the Format drop-down list, select the file format you want, and then click Save.

If black or Color cartridge is empty in canon MP145 all in one printer, so scanner is not scan. how to scan without cartridge?pleae help me.

Hi, The scanning unit is independent from printing unit. You can scan even with empty ink cartridges. At sametime, if you wanna copy documents, you need both scanning and copying units to work. Try reinstalling the Driver from the provided driver CD.

How to scan picture to upload on computer

First, ensure you are connecting the scanner to your computer. I'm assuming USB connection, and that you're using an operating system supported by this device.

Next, install the drivers and software for this device. Those should have come with an installation disc, but if you don't have that disc, you can get them from the PIXMA MP830 support site, here:

Color page in Batch to file

If you select color mode and scan grey and color pages, the output will be Grey for Grey abd color for color. If you had chosen to scan in grey mode, color will appear in Grey only.
There is an option to scan in both color and B&W simultaneously under multistream option.

How do I scann a document/picture and where does it go once I scan

Usually any scanned document etc will go to a folder in documents & settings so have a look there, another way is to scan and save it as a special name, or simply remeber the default name, and then do a search for that file and when you find it, THATs where they go :)

Usually when ya scan it should ask ya where to save?
