DVD S540-needs password and screen scrolls

I inadvertantly selected the incorrect TV on the setup. Now the screen is scrolling so quickly I cannot make out individual words. Also it is now asking for a password (which there isn't one).

    Parental password control inadvertently activated.

Called Zenith. They said: turn on the DVD player. Hit "set-up". Scroll down to the "lock" icon. Scroll over to "Rating". Scroll over to unlock. Enter 0000. Click on Ok. Enter 0000 again, click Ok again. Menu should read unlock. Voila!

In Password, enter 666666, then press "Enter". Scroll down to "Modify-PW" by using CH+ or CH- key, then press "Enter". Enter 000000, then press "Enter". Select" V-Chip Menu" to exit V-Chip. Select V-Chip Menu again. On "Password", press "Enter" key on remote control. Enter 000000 in "Password", then press "Enter". Scroll down to "V-Chip", press "Enter".
