Dear venterhuisge,
I would recommend using Windows Media Player 10 or newer to sync with that type of mp3-player. However you can also just acces it as an (external) flash drive. (download WMP 11 HERE) Please tell me if you have Windows, and Vista/Windows 7 or XP. Because I can't help with Mac's.
Kind regards, FriskYR.

When you connect the MP3 player to yourcomputer with the supplied USB cable then computer detects the player as anexternal storage device or a Removable disk, you can then view the folder onyour MP3 player. Open the music folder and create a new folder on the playerexactly the same way you create a folder on your computer's hard drive. Toorganise your music, make a folder name with the name of the music album andplace the album's MP3 files in this folder, then copy the mp3 files from thecomputer into this folder.
You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music albumfolder. To delete a filefrom your MP3 player, connect the supplied USB cable to your player and thenplug it into the USB port of your computer.
The computer will detect your player then click on this device to view thefiles, you can then click on the music file to highlight the file and thenpress the Del key to delete the file off your MP3 player. Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. No, just rip your music to windows media player, then sync it across to your mp3 player via a usb cable, making sure you use the safe hardware disconnection mode.

I have music on my computer (itunes) that I want to put onto my MP3 player but don't know how to do it.

Hi,
Your MP3 player would have a software that can be connected with the computer. Download and install that corresponding software. Then connect your MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable that would have been given when you bought the player. Then the new hardware would be found in MyComputer. copy the songs you need in your MP3 player in the newly found folder. Then safely disconnect the player from the computer.
Enjoy the music!

Download onto mp3 player

You may first want to check to see if your player came with software that can aid in this process. You'll also need to know what formats of media your player accepts. For these purposes, we'll assume your player accepts mp3 format media and connects to your PC via USB.

1. Connect the device to a USB connection on your computer.
2. If you're using Windows, your computer should automatically detect the device, probably showing it as a removable hard disk.
3. Double-click the removable USB device that your computer now sees and here you will have to browse to see where your player will accept the media; likely, right here will work.
4. Now, just copy & paste mp3 files from your pc to your media player/removable USB device.
5. When done, safely remove the player from the computer.
