Can I get a replacement door for my GE Profile Stainless Steel Side-by-side Refriderator/Freezer? The door I need is the Freezer side with the water and ice dispenser.

Inside the fridge behind bottom drawers there is a heat element that has stopped working.You will see it is covered with ice.you will need to replace it and totally defrost both and restart.

GE Profile PSW26P Stainless Steel Side by Side Refrigerator I have frozen veggies in the drawer and my ice is melting and so is everything in the freezer. Changinn setting does not seem to help.
Is the compressor running?

Ge profile artica refrigerator door will not close
clip on bottom of hinge is worn or broken had mine replaced. magnetic seals are not strong enough to hold the door closed on their own. Original problem was the magnets were too strong so the clip on the bottom hinge was added.

My GE profile side by side is not freezing on the
TAKE THE BACK PANEL OFF INSIDE THE FREEZER AND REMOVE ALL OF THE FROST WITH A HAIR DRYER. THE GLASS HEATEER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ALUMINUM EVAPORATOR MAY NEED REPLACED. DEFROSTING THIS AREA WILL ALLLOW IT TO WORK FOR ANOTHER 10-14 DAYS.

Refrigerator Door Lost Suction
I have a GE Profile Stainless Steel side by side. I also noticed that the refrigerator side door was not sealing like it had previously. There was no "suction" when opening. I started inspecting the gasket around the door to see if this needed replaced, as I had read that may be the problem from this forum. My particular model has the grill / vent at the bottom of the door, in the front, which just pops off. I found that down by the grill my model has magnets there that match up with magnets on the bottom of the doors. I inspected this and found a foreign object had attached itself to this magnet. I removed this object and waaahlaaah the door now has suction! I was relieved to find that I didn't need to replace the gasket. Worth a try. Hope this helps.
