They gave it to you when the bought the unit. You will need to find the serial number on it and pay a company to sell you the code. This says 'FREE', but nothing ever is!
If you have lost your clarion radio code or bought a used car stereo, you can still easily ... Almost all clarion radio codes consist of 4 to 5 digits. when your radio ..
double posted, why do that?
the 1st is now answered, i fact 1000 of times here.
btw.
there is no single code.
your cars radio has its own code (password number)
get car serviced?
or see the 5 ways to do that on your 1st post.
Try disconnecting battery. Then re-connect the battery and type in the correct code.
You could try the factory default code, which is 0000. There is some confusion whether Suzuki/Clarion produces these audio units with a preprogrammed lock code (0000) or not, but its worth a try. If a previous owner has set their own personalized code then there is absolutely NO way for you to work around it. The audio unit will have to be removed and returned to Clarion for reprograming. A Suzuki dealer can help you with this, but they can not unlock the radio, only Clarion has that ability.
i use a flame thrower. LOL. or crow bar if radio/cd is toast. does the unit have power, y/n, no , replace the fuse. can be 3 fuses. (dash box, inline, and some have radio case fuse) 1: oem radio/cd? or after market install unit? nobody can answer that here. each brand and year can be different. each has factory manual, and all manuals show this. some have tiny hole that a bent paper clip inserted can do a manual extraction. on some ,i must pull the radio. and ITS lid, then access the gear and cam inside and rotate it to open the CD tray. all radios have name and pn. and you can goolge that and find service manuals. on all brands.
fuse, called dome fuse is blown, or radio fuse. fuses that look bad, are, fuses that look good, may be........... check fuses with an ohmmeter, fuses that look good can have very tiny cracks and are not good, only an ohmmeter works, on fuses with 100% accuracy. (a volt meter works in circuit even better !!!) Did you test the dome lamp to see if it really works? pull it , put across 12v battery ,does it glow? did you look at the radio. and see if it has its own inline fuse? did you hot wire the radio power wire to see if the radio even works at all? if you have DMM with voltmeter this is so very easy to trace. ask.
You need to remove the radio/cd player from the dashboard and open the CD player to get the CD out.
You can remove the whole front panel. 6 screws at each side underneath the alu xxxxx must be removed. After this the whole panel can be mover forward and the connectors on the backside can be disconnected. Now you are ready for opening the radio/cd player. tahe of the top cover and remove the cd
