Bluetooth how do i get it to recognize my voice

Corded headsets do not have Bluetooth. Do you have a Bluetooth headset (wireless) handy to test the Bluetooth function properly?

You will need to re pair the Headset with the phone.

Most modern bluetooth's rely on your phones built in voice dialing (if your phone has it) which is relayed through the device. Familiarize yourself with how your cellphone handles voice dialing, once this is done there should be a multi function button on the unit that you press to activate voice dialing. It could also be by voice if it is voice controlled.

The microphone no longer works. Don’t know if you can change the Microphone of your headset through some authorized service personnel or not.

You do not have to record voice tags for your contacts. Go to Tools, click on Voice Command then Settings and finally Train. Follow the prompts and once complete, your phone will them be able to recognize your commands. when you hit the call button on your bluetooth headset, the phone will say "Say a command". at that point you can tell it to call any contact in your list or tell the phone to call a number (i.e. call 601 555 0123). The phone will ask for conformation and then make the call. The phone will also respond to request to check missed calls, check voice mail and tell you the time and date. Hope this helps.

I recently found out all you have to do is reset the blackberry. Remove the battery and let it re boot. Problem resolved.

Pushing in the button (I don't know what you mean by "the middle button" when there is only one button on the H700) it starts the voice dial feature. It will listen for a second and then tell you with a beep that it did not recognize the name. That is your cue to try again. When it does not recognize it again in a couple of seconds ti shut off. The H700 was not designed to use to listen to music on your phone with. If you want to do that you need to purchase something like the Motorokr Blue Tooth unit.

Most phones that support bluetooth have a "headset" or "hands-free" profile that the device must be in for the bluetooth headset to work. Can you confirm that your device is in this profile?
