E5 Communication error between outdoor and indoor

Comms Error, check your wiring, remove external pumps. Split/Multi - check volts from terminal N to 3 = 0 - 65 Vdc, Multi V - 4 Vdc terminals 3 and 4

There is no command to condenser unit. Check your indoor room temp sensor and also setting, must be 5 less than your room temp.

PLEASE CHECK FOR PROPER VOLTAGE TO INDOOR AND ALSO CHECK LOOSE CONTACTS. AND ALSO CHECK INDOOR ROOM THERMOSTAT.

The lights on the front panel indicate fault codes dependent on the amount & intervals of the flashes. Fujitsu units carry a 5 year warranty so check with your local Fujitsu store for the agent in your area.

TOYO mini split air conditioner made in Japan is very very good quality and it can runs for 20 years without any problem. You didn't hire a best ac technician to install your TOYO unit. The tubing connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit is not the right torque and refrigerant leak. Your TOYO unit runs out of refrigerant. You need fix the leak and fully charge the system. You will solve the problem.

Have you cleaned the filter? Check the condensate drainpipe is not blocked by blowing into it from the outside.
