My samsung cell phone gives no indication when charging so I donot know whether is charged or not.The problem is the charger or the mobile phone?It indicates only the bar which requires charging but when I plug the charger in I have no indication whatsoever and the bar remains exactly the same i.e. at level one which requires charging.
