Hi! if there was a management program with the printer there should be a "cleaning the printing heads" option.

this problem due to refill cart replace with new one ur problem will be resolved

you can pullout it by openining ptint cover some inner parts.

delete the printer icon from the control panel.

unplug the usb cable from the printer

re insert it after few seconds and then wait for another minute

now try
