You should try completely shutting off your phone and getting it to start back up again. Many cell phones will have their power buttons the same button as the End Call red button. Hold the button down for a few seconds to shut it off, then hold it again for a few seconds to start it up again.

If you can't get it to turn off, try removing the battery and then replacing it and powering it back on. If this doesn't help it, you may need to replace your phone.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is just flex problem, the flex on the screen of your phone is weak or worn out, this is a common problem among slide or flip phone.

What you need to do is to replace the flex on the screen of your phone, you can get this done by going to any local phone repairer within your vicinity to help get it fix or replace.

Once the flex is replace, your phone display problem is solve and the screen will start displaying.

if you dropped it it may have knocked out the screen if u didnt it may have water damage or the tempurature around it may not be right and heat may have messed it up.
