Page 85 of the manual has it, and can be downloaded here.

Here's what it says to do:

1. Place the TV face down on a soft cloth or cushion on a table.
2. Remove four screws from the back of the TV.
3. Separate the stand from the TV.
4. Cover the bottom hole with a cap.

There is a picture in the manual that indicates that the four mentioned screws are the four on the bottom back of the television.

Good luck!

How do I remove the base stand to wall mount a Samsung model T24C55OND flat screen TV

The wall mount attaches to the top 1/3 portion of the TVs rear panel. The bottom of the back of the TV should not interfere with your wall mount if it's the correct size. Full instructions are listed starting at page 39 of the manual.

Hi we have samsung lcd 22 inchess.. we need to fix it to wall and there is no backside stand .. how can we get the stand

Most electronic stores sell wall mounting brackets. There are several types. one mounts the LCD screen flat to the wall with a limited range of tilt. Another type mount the LCD screen on an arm that allows tilt and swing movements.

How do I remove the stand to mount the TV on the

the TV will mount to the wall via the VESA screw mounts on the back of the LCD. If it is a smaller, monitor sized LCD then the screw pattern will be either 75x75mm or 100x100mm. On larger TVs is it usually 100x200mm. Sometimes the base is screwed into this mount and othertimes to the bottom. Simply unscrew it from the screen. Be sure that the wall mounting kit can handle your LCDs VESA screw pattern, screen size and screen weight.

How to remove base on samsung 2333hd. The base comes un mounted butcan't figure out how to remove the stub sticking out of the bottom of the tv for wall mounting

Hi there,
We had the same problem, we just wiggled it back and forth, gave it a good tug, and hey presto! We got it out. I'm not sure whether this is the "official" method of doing it, as nothing is mentioned in the instruction manuals.
Good luck!

What is the ''cover bottom'' plate for?

Dont know this exact model, but I own a Samsung and so does my father so this proably applies:

The cover plate is supplied for use when the TV is wall mounted using a VESA mount secured to the four holes on the back of the TV. When wall mounted, the normal stand is removed and this leaves a bit of an unsightly "hole" in the case at the bottom. The cover you mention is then secured in place of the stand to make the bottom of the TV nice and neat.
You may find there was a separate leaflet in the box the TV came in detailing this aspect, which is why it isnt mentioned in the manual.

Samsung tv wall mounting

For a true flush mount installation, you will need to recess your connections (i.e. power, HDMI, S-Vid, etc). Most tvs have the connections coming out of the bottom to allow flush mounting.

If your wall is not drywall, or you really don't want to bother with the expense of recessing your outlets and cable connections, just get a swivel arm mount. It will allow the TV to sit a bit further from the wall and still look ok.

Go to www.monoprice.com for great deals on mounts. I have 3 of them in my house and they are excellent quality.

Tv stand on the wall

It is not made for wall mounting unless it has 4 bolt holes in the back cover. Some wall mounts grip the tv on top and bottom, but they look like hell.

I bought the same Samsung, but took it back.

How to remove the stand from samsung LCD TV

Place the tv on its screen flat on a soft surface,
you need to remove all the screws, not just the stand one marked.
Lift the back panel and then you will be able to slide down the stand, when you have removed the back cover you will also see where how your wall mount will fit to the chassis.
Place all the screws back on the back lid.
